Half Price to celebrate Night of the Museums
On Saturday 17th May museums around the world are opening in the evening allowing visitors an unusual look at the museums out off hours. You can join this global night out at the Anson Engine Museum, Anson Road, Poynton.

JCB Record Breaking Engine arrives for Diesel Exhibition
As part of The Diesel Story Exhibition at the museum JCB have brought the diesel engine that powered the world landspeed record car (and a model of the car). This is the first time it will have been on display in the North West.

Demonstration of Bodging and Blacksmith's Forge
The old crafts of Bodging & Forging will be displayed at the museum on Saturday 26th April 2008

The Old Shops & Factories Of Poynton Exhibition
Exhibition runs every weekend from 18 March until end July at the Anson Engine Museum
