Poynton Workmens Club gave Bluefunk a great welcome at it's first gig in the new venue. The place was packed and the steward and staff couldn't have been more helpful. There's a lot of talk about legends these days, but this time we really had one - Mojo Bufford - 78 years old, a pall bearer at Muddy Walters funeral, going strong. A truly sensational night. A brilliant Anglo American band, and Mojo at the centre, playing the harmonica and singing the blues.
