On Saturday 5th July Poynton’s Vernon Primary School will hold their Summer Fair. The Fair will take place on the School field on Bulkeley Road from 1pm to 4pm.
In the region of 1,000 people usually attend the Vernon Fair. There will be numerous stalls and attractions including bouncy castles, penalty shoot out, magic and a coconut shy. There will be an arena with displays from the local Karate and Lacrosse Clubs and the School Dance Club, amongst others.
Helen O’Sullivan, Chair of the PTA at the school, said “The Fair always proves to be a wonderful community event and we aim to put on a fantastic afternoon for all to enjoy. We just hope that the weather is kind to us!”
