Christmas Festival of Music
Poynton Royal British Legion Band will present their annual Christmas Concert at Poynton Civic Hall on Sunday 2nd December. Always a most enjoyable occasion and guaranteed to get you in the Christmas mood, be sure not to miss it!
Musical Director, Dave Caine, has selected an varied programme of Christmas favourites - including Leroy Anderson’s popular “Christmas Festival”, some new Christmas pieces and traditional Christmas Carols, which the audience will be encouraged to join in.
Doors will open at 7.00pm for a 7.30pm start. During the interval, complimentary refreshments will be served. There will be a raffle in aid of Band funds and the Concert will conclude at around 9.45pm. The Civic Hall has ample free-parking and excellent wheelchair access.
