There will be 3 courses on offer at this event in Chorlton Water Park just off the M60, all ideal for beginners. Distance will be from 1.5 km to around 3.5 km.
In addition there will be a 2 part "chasing sprint" where you run one course and depending on your time you can start almost with other runners, giving head to head racing which can be good fun. Distance for both parts will total about 7 km.
£1.50 per map, £3 for both parts of the chasing sprint.
