The Genesis Appeal is the only UK charity dedicated to the prevention of breast cancer and in 2007 Europe's first breast cancer prevention centre was opened opposite Wythenshawe Hospital, where the appeal is based.
Alan, who is organising this event in Bramhall sadly lost his wife to breast cancer, and with others affected by this disease, they hope to raise funds to help the research which is carried out at the centre.
There will be eight gardens open 11am - 4pm and maps to locate them will be sold at £5. Visitors can view the loveley gardens and perhaps enjoy afternoon tea.
The maps will be on sale at Simply Books, Castle Estates and Greetings - all businesses in Bramhall - alternatively phone 0161 439 5458
