Become a Brownie

Jan 21, 2008

Any girl aged from 7 years onwards can become a Brownie. At 8th Bramhall Brownies most of our girls are aged between 7 and 10 years. We like learning new skills and taking part in games and joint activities.

Becoming a Brownie is an ideal way of making new friends and helping others. During the past year 8th Bramhall Brownie's have been to our New Year party, to Harrogate, under the sea (an Adventure Day – 200 Brownies at the church!), to a St George’s Day sleepover and to a Christmas Fair.  We have also taken part in three Parade Services.

We meet Tuesdays at 6.15pm each week during the school terms at Bramhall United Reformed Church, but that is just the start.  If you want to know more about all the excitement of Brownie life, arrange to come round and see us.

To find out more about becoming a Brownie please contact Val Ward at the Church Office on 0161 439 4807
