Oxfam joined forces with M&S

Feb 4, 2008

It's estimated that we discard 1 million tonnes of clothing every year in the UK.  A lot of it is good enough to be recycled or re-sold.

What do you do with your old clothes when you update your wardrobe?

Well now M&S have joined forces with Oxfam.  You can take your unwanted M&S clothes into an Oxfam shop and you'll get a £5 voucher to use in M&S when you spend more than £35.

Just take in the clothes and show them the M&S labels. You'll get one voucher to use that calendar month.

They can't take lingerie, socks, underwear or any damaged or soiled clothing.

You can use the voucher on clothes, home and beauty products when you spend over £35.

So you'll not only save money, help the environment by recycling, you'll also help people escape poverty.

The offer only applies to M&S shops, you can't use the voucher on line or over the phone.

OXFAM in Bramhall is at 7 The Bramhall Centre, Bramhall (1.2 miles)
