Reddish Vale - Orienteering in the Park

There will be 3 courses on offer at this event in Reddish Vale Country park near Stockport., all ideal for beginners. Distance will be from 1.5 km to around 3.5 km.
In addition there will be a 2 part "chasing sprint" where you run one course and depending on your time you can start almost with other runners, giving head to head racing which can be good fun. Distance for both parts will be about 7 km.
