On April 2nd. Don Edwards, a former member and chairman, will be talking about Ashford Black Marble Inlay Work. This is the local Ashford, Derbys, marble exquisitively inlaid with other semi-precious gemstones.

March meeting is by one of our members whose special interests are Slate and Mining Archaeology. Quite what we will be treated to on the evening is not known, but it will be related to one or both of the above subjects.
