Time: 1.30 - 3.30pm & 5.30 - 7.30pm

Please note, these figures don't include what's being held in hospital blood banks up and down the country.
Last year the National Blood Service collected 2.1 million donations from about 1.6 million donors. That counts for only 5% of the eligible population giving blood 2 - 3 times a year.
