If you are interested in helping to make Torkington Park a place for everyone to enjoy, then we need your help.
The groups core members amount to 3 people with 2 to 4 regular volunteers. We need many more helpers in order to put on events and to help promote the park within the Community.
We are looking for people with artistic flare / communication skills / Creative ideas to raise funds. To make events successful, we need to come up with fresh ideas, but ideas are no good when you don't have enough people to implement them.
If you can spare a little time, 2 hours A YEAR. Go on pledge to help at one event. We regularly have a stall at the Hazel Grove Carnival, put on a Halloween Trail in October and the Carols in the Park in early December.
