Summer Holidays
Preparations are on the way for summer holiday engagement programmes for the under 18’s within the village. Following the success of such schemes in parts of Macclesfield, Poynton Community Action Team alongside the newly appointed Macclesfield Play Officers will be establishing some youth programmes involving a variety of sports, games, activities and disciplines. These sessions will be targeted to run throughout the summer break and will be open for all to participate and will be free of charge. Pcso’s Mandy Simspon, Jenny O’Reilly and Chris Howard will be supporting the school summer fairs and we hope to see you there.
Poynton Needs You
Poynton Community Action Team are looking for volunteers to aid with the organisation of sessions and activities, that can be sustained after the summer months.
