2nd Poynton Beaver Scouts have been working hard to gain their Air Activities badge. Part of this was an exciting visit to Manchester Airport on Tuesday 17th June.
The tour included the chance to stand under Concorde and learn lots of facts about it. They were amazed to find out that each of the wheels costs £18,000.
The children also went onboard a DC-10 and took turns in trying out what it would like to be the pilot.
