The PTA at Poynton High School has recently been organising outings to see musicals
at the Palace Theatre and the Opera House in Manchester. As we make a group
booking we get a discount from the theatre which means that we are usually able
to offer the ticket and return transport by coach from the school car park to
the theatre for the normal price of the ticket alone. This saves you the
booking fee, (around £3.50 per ticket) and all travel and parking costs. Any
money left over after the tickets and transport are paid for goes into PTA
funds.
