Poynton and District Rotary Club
warmly invite you to join us for our
2008 Brass and Beatles Charity Concert!
This magical open-air spectacular is one for the whole family and will be held in the delightful surroundings of Poynton Park and Lake on Saturday 21st June 2008.
Following the resounding success of last year's concert,
the internationally popular Back Beat Beatles and
our very own prize winning
Vernon Building Society Poynton Brass Band with professional soprano Lorraine Harris will be performing well know songs and 'prom' favourites.
Blush - 'all girl singing group' will also be
making an appearance.
There will be a professional stage, lighting and sound and performances will be professionally compered by well known Radio Presenter Jo Blakeway.
Bring yout own food and drink - Wine & Champagne -
there will be an ice cream stall and gates will open from 3pm to erect your gazebos if you have reserved a plot. Entertainment will begin around 5pm until 10.30pm. 'Churches Together' will be providing craft activities with face painting for the younger ones.
