Round Table is the premier organisation for young active guys under 45 who want to have a laugh doing stuff they wouldn't otherwise do and put something back into the local community. You've probably come across us locally through the Poynton Pool Bonfire and the Santa Float but supporting the community is a just a fraction of what we get up to!

The leaving age of 45 is deliberately chosen to keep the group young, fresh, and vibrant, however this means we continually recruit new members to replace those that fall off their perch! We meet twice a month (1st and 3rd Tuesdays) for various activities e.g. 5-a-side football, dragon boating, etc. plus we socialise as couples and as families so everyone gets a huge amount out of it. I know what you're thinking “I'm too busy, I couldn't possibly find the time”, but all Tablers are busy guys who choose to make time for Round Table. You'd be surprised how much time you can make available if you want to, plus if you can't make a meet for any reason e.g. work, family, ice age, etc. no problem, there’s always next time!

When was the last time you got back from work on a Tuesday and went floodlit clay pigeon shooting or tried archery? Well, that’s exactly what we do!

Are you:

·         An active guy under the age of 45?

·         Up for a laugh and want to try new things e.g. surfing, gliding, karting?

·         Wanting to put a bit back into the local community?

Then Round Table is for you!!!!

Our biggest problem as an organisation is overcoming people's misconceptions: we are not Rotary, Masons, Lions, a religious organisation, or anything else you might think of!!!

Who joins Round Table? Anybody and everybody!!! We don't distinguish on class, colour, religion, financial means, race, or anything else: the only requirements for joining are a sense of humour and an open mind – we couldn't care less about anything else!!!
